Costs

• You will be charged at an hourly rate, which will be agreed before the assignment begins.
• You only pay for net hours actually worked.
• Target Recruitment will deal with all administration costs including: pay rolling - issuing of weekly pay cheques, deductions of tax, national insurance contributions and ERNI, we also handle all DHSS enquiries and FEC monitoring.

• We operate a no placement, no fee guarantee.
• Introductory fees vary from 10% - 15% depending on starting salary.
• We offer an agreed guarantee period, which provides additional security for your company.
• We also offer a choice of refund and replacement if the candidate is unsuitable or the
  engagement terminates prematurely.
